SOCODEI received May 18, 2011 renewal of the triple ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001

28-02-11 Socodei has won the award for innovative training

Socodei has won the award for innovative training of the 6th edition of the gold F held by OPCALIA Languedoc Roussillon.

F trophies of gold intended to reward the companies selected by a jury for their significant actions in 2010 in the following areas: innovation, training effort, alternating effort towards disability, development of second portions of their careers, equality gender; SOCODEI was nominated in 4 of 6 areas.

This is an original part teaching methods that wowed the jury with for example the use of theatrical techniques, music and games to build momentum outside the box and make an impression.

The jury was also sensitive to access to education for all and employability development advocated by Socodei including the establishment of a resource center for training in IT tools or even the organization of training in economics through a business game that allows everyone to decode the economic and financial issues of a business.

Finally, the management tools skills and the tools collecting training needs(business cards, dictionary skills, annual maintenance, training guide) have attracted the attention of the jury.

Examples of innovative training:

- Start of the session management with a concert followed by a quartet Annecy operating around the theme as the progression of group cohesion, the development of operating procedures and practices of the manager to promote membership, motivation and result of coherent and efficient.

- The use of theatrical techniques to create a dynamic training around "better communicate" open to all.

The results to date are positive in terms of membership, sharing of experience, standardization of practices, we will therefore continue in this direction for years to come.

It's a great reward for SOCODEI and APPUI.COM, the consultancy and training with us in our efforts GPEC, communication and management.

06-09-10 The SOCODEI crew at the start of the race NEPTUNIUM 2010

Like 2 years ago, the SOCODEI crew will compete with crews AREVA, CEA ... during the NEPTUNIUM race, which brings together players in the nuclear ; this regatta, held in association with COYCHyérois (Circle Organization Yachting Competition) will be held from October 7 to 10 to the water of Hyères les Palmiers.

SOCODEI decided to associate to this race the most out of employees by offering employees the days of introductory sailing trainings conducted in parallel for the bravest, and the less adventurous can indulge in the pleasure of fishing and picnic on the spot since our Works Committee endorsed these days of sharing by organizing animation on the mainland.

Appointments are made in Port Camargue weekend of September.

16-06-10 SOCODEI in the heart of the employment

On June 10 SOCODEI participated in the employment forum of Laudun slate organized by job center.
This meeting gave us the opportunity to come into direct contact with candidates from all backgrounds seeking employment or host company to realize their vocational training course, he also helped develop our partnership with stakeholders local training or employability by example.

This meeting was a first for our company that will renew the experience next year.
