Integration/Management skills/Training:

Integration into a new structure is an important moment in the career of a person and participates actively to the success in the post.

On arrival, you are accompanied in the discovery of the company by the HR department and your manager.

We pay special attention to the integration of newcomers so that they create, upon arrival, contacts that are helpful for making their job or their integration into a new working environment.

Candidates who join SOCODEI through occupational mobility are also accompanied by the HR department that facilitates their installation in the Gard (housing search ...).

Throughout your career, you have the opportunity to develop your skills in the structure through a principle of internal mobility that allows you to change either hierarchically or to horizontal functions.

This evolutionary process is based on a process for identifying key competencies in each business sector. It allows both to build bridges to develop but also to anticipate the progression of skills and develop appropriate training.

Training is also a central point in SOCODEI (more than 4% of payroll) as the regulatory aspects related to the nuclear business as more specific training to complement the technical expertise, managerial or related dévellopement staff.
